Shipping & Returns

Dr. Hess will ship your order directly to your door via USPS or UPS. Orders are usually processed within 1 business day of being placed.  Orders ship from Los Angels, CA. Order Transit time is 1-5 days.

All shipping charges are based upon the weight of your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Although our website accepts orders 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, we process orders during our hours of operation: Monday thru Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm PST.

You will be promptly informed if any products are back ordered.

Dr Hess will provide a full refund if you are not happy with your with your purchase made from drhess.com within 30 days of purchase. Contact us at support@drhess.com if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason.

Dr. Hess will pay for the shipping on any defective product that needs to be returned.  Contact us at support@drhess.com if you need to initiate a return. We will happily exchange any product.

Dr. Hess will happily exchange unopened products.  The shipping will be the responsibility of the customer for an exchange.
